Terms of Use

Agreement: this agreement is between Primec Real Estate Services, Inc. hereinafter referred to as Primec and you, a Realtor or Mortage Professional in the United States.

Term: the term of the license shall be for 1 year commencing from date of payment and/or credit card authorization.. Listing may be cancelled unconditionally at any time.
NO Refunds will be given after you place your order.

Payment: Payment must be made at time of registration by major credit card. There will be no refunds on any orders once submitted online. The maximum number of changes allowed to your listing within a 1 year period shall be no more than 5 (five) changes per year. Additional changes to listings will incur a $10 processing fee.


Member Information: member agrees to notify Primec of any change to contact information or commission fee percentage paid. It is the property owners responsibility to verify information contained in the database is accurate once it is submitted, and agrees to hold Primec harmless for errors, omissions or misinformation contained herein.

Any fraudulent information submitted to Primec by Realtor or Mortage Professional and once discovered by Primec shall result in immediate termination of listing, for cause. Listing may be reinstated within 30 days of termination by rectifying cause of termination; fees paid will not be prorated or refunded in the event of termination. Upon termination, all listing information and any other data stored in database controlled server space will be deleted. It is the terminated Realtor responsibility to keep backups for said data, and in no case will Primec be liable, either directly or indirectly, for data loss due to termination. Upon reinstatement, Realtor shall be responsible for all fees and/or charges necessary to reconstruct, retrieve or recreate lost entries or data.

Primec agrees to maintain the listing and to effect changes within two business days of notification by eMail, fax or mail. Primec agrees to promote the website in ways consistent with Internet promotion, including Search Engine placement, ratings, Links, and targeted eMail campaigns as deemed appropriate by Primec staff. Primec will make every effort to verify corrections and to make directory updates that reflect those corrections in a timely manner.
Primec agrees to purchase on behalf of customer ONE domain name as outlined on customers license application form. Said domain name to be the property of the customer, however Primec will maintain the domain name for a period of one year and host the domain name for a period of no more than one year unless cancelled by customer.
Domain name will be cancelled and/or expired after 1 year, renewal of domain name and license at SitesRE.com shall be at the request of the customer.

This agreement is governed by the laws of California. In the event of a dispute, Primec and it's Board of Directors and member(s) agree to arbitration rather than litigation. In the event of litigation, reasonable attorney fees and court costs will be awarded to the prevailing party.

This represents the entire agreement between Primec and Realtor. Primec reserves the right to change the aforementioned terms at any time.
